How LPJ Flight Intel collects, protects, and uses member information to deliver personalized luxury travel intelligence.
01 · Data Collection
LPJ Flight Intel — a Luxury Travel Intelligence Platform — collects only the information necessary to deliver personalized travel intelligence. This may include waitlist registrations, travel preferences, preferred airports, preferred destinations, luxury travel interests, aircraft and cabin preferences, and partnership inquiries that members and prospective partners voluntarily provide.
02 · Cookies
We use minimal cookies for authentication, session persistence, and anonymized usage analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are deployed.
03 · Email Collection
Emails submitted through the platform are used exclusively for member communication, opportunity alerts, partnership coordination, and operational updates. Members can unsubscribe from any non-essential email at any time.
04 · Waitlist Submissions
Information submitted to the private-beta waitlist — including travel preferences, preferred airports, and destinations of interest — is stored securely and used solely to evaluate access, communicate invitations, and onboard approved members.
05 · Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate engagement with the platform. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
06 · Affiliate Links & Third-Party Providers
LPJ Flight Intel may use affiliate links, referral relationships, and third-party travel providers — including aviation operators, airlines, luxury travel companies, membership programs, and concierge partners — to surface and route opportunities. Where bookings originate from LPJ Flight Intel referrals, anonymized identifiers may be used to confirm conversions with these partners. No personal data is shared without member consent.
07 · User Privacy
Member data is never sold. Access is restricted, encrypted in transit, and retained only as long as needed to provide service or meet legal obligations. Members may request export or deletion at any time.
