Terms of Service
These terms govern member and beta access to the LPJ Flight Intel luxury travel intelligence platform. By using the platform you agree to the following.
01 · Platform Usage
LPJ Flight Intel is a Luxury Travel Intelligence Platform providing AI-curated discovery of private aviation, empty-leg, semi-private, premium-cabin, and luxury travel opportunities. Use of the platform is granted to members and beta participants for personal travel research and referral purposes only.
02 · Role of LPJ Flight Intel
LPJ Flight Intel does not own, operate, charter, broker, sell, or directly provide transportation services. LPJ Flight Intel serves solely as an information, intelligence, discovery, recommendation, and referral platform. We are not an air carrier, travel agent, tour operator, or charter broker.
03 · Third-Party Providers
Travel opportunities displayed on the platform may originate from third-party providers, operators, membership programs, airlines, travel companies, concierge services, or affiliate partners. All bookings, contracts, ticketing, and travel services are executed directly between the user and the issuing provider. LPJ Flight Intel is not responsible for the conduct, service quality, safety, or contractual performance of any third-party provider.
04 · User Responsibility
Users are responsible for independently verifying pricing, availability, eligibility, membership requirements, cancellation policies, and all booking terms directly with the relevant provider before committing to any travel arrangement.
05 · Availability & Changes
All listings, pricing, recommendations, and opportunities are informational and may change, expire, or become unavailable without notice. LPJ Flight Intel uses best-effort verification but does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or honoring of any specific fare, quote, or opportunity displayed.
06 · Membership & Affiliate Disclosure
LPJ Flight Intel may receive referral, affiliate, or partnership compensation when members engage with surfaced opportunities or third-party providers. Compensation does not influence AI scoring, ranking, or recommendation logic.
07 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPJ Flight Intel disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on surfaced intelligence, or transactions executed with third-party providers.
08 · Privacy Protections
Member data is handled in accordance with the LPJ Flight Intel Privacy Policy. Personal data is never sold and is used solely to deliver personalized luxury travel intelligence.
